To get started, if you have purchased a support package, please complete your comprehensive Lifestyle Introduction Sleep History. The questionnaire opens in a new window and takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Please log into your personal Gmail account if you'd like the Google Form to save your progress as you complete it.


Once submitted, we will automatically get a copy of your completed sleep history. At that time, we'll open a new support ticket for you during our normal business hours (thank you for your patience!). You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the ticket has been opened that your sleep history/message has been received. 


Once a ticket is opened, please feel free to add to your ticket at no additional charge. You can do this right here on this page! Just be sure that you're logged in to your Helpdesk account, then click/tap the "heartbeat" icon, or you can click here to see your ticket(s) and add a message.


Quality is very important to us and we know it's important to you. Because we have a limited number of sleep consultants and strive to give each family our undivided attention, response time can vary. Personalized Sleep Plans are usually completed within two business days, on average, depending on demand and day of the week. If you are in a hurry, we offer expedited processing for a one-time non-refundable fee of $39.
